Delivery and Set up
Deliver & Set up includes 2 staff members to set up the buffet line with our catering boxes and chafing dishes over burlap material 1 hour before serving time. We will set up food, provide serving utensils, replenish and oversee the buffet line as needed. Replace covers on any leftover food and/or package up. We will clean up and break down the buffet line, clean up and remove any equipment we provide. Wipe counters and leave the kitchen as is.
